WE SUPPLY OUT OF STANDARD EQUIPMENT IN EXTRA-ORDINARY SIZE
We can on request design and manufacture ovens and proofers with extraordinary size and capacity with output exceeding 5 tons/hour.

We internally control the process from design to start-up of the product which gives us more flexibility and the possibility to develop high quality equipment.

VALUE CHAIN
We develop and design our own equipment internally using 3D modelling. The design is integrated with our own manufacturing facility by means of CAM applications.
The operating software, together with the electrical project, is developed internally simultaneously with the mechanical design.
In our fully equipped production area of around 8.000 m2 / 86.110 ft2 we directly carry out the whole manufacturing process, from parts machining to the welding, the assembly and the pre-wiring of the final product when possible. The width of our internal manufacturing capacity allows us to adapt our product to the specific process requirements in no time and at the same time keep high-quality standard.
Besides the manufacturing process, this is an important part of our job that requires accurate organization and coordination. All must be accurately planned and scheduled to allow a quick and timely start of the installation process without disruptions.
Installation is a core activity in our business. All the installations activities (mechanical, electrical, software start up) are supervised or executed directly by our highly skilled staff at the customer premises, with the help of the customer crew or with our own crew.
Our software engineers supervise the final commissioning of the equipment and the set-up all the various components and parameters of the line. From remote we can then access to all parameters and eventually support the customer for further needs.
Technical assistance is carried out by our technical staff. When at a long distance, if possible, we rely on local entities to perform the basic service. We provide also worldwide technical support by means of remote connection directly to the machine control panel.
