Description
Heavy-duty industrial line which comprises:
- Cup-trays resting proofer with eventual bypass and various discharge points.
- Kaiser Stamper 6 or 8 rows 50 strokes minute.
- Sheeter-moulder 3 couples of teflon coated rollers up to 62” width, rollers pitch memory and variable speed.
- Pressure plates assemblies with different rows with easy adjustment and easy change over of the pressure plate.
- Reserve Moulder.
- Reciprocating belt with fast reciprocation with servo drive.
- Indexing units that can load trays at high speed.
- Seam control in discharge.
The configuration of the rolline allows to choose the desired process using independent discharge points and bypasses.
LINE CAPACITY
Available useful widths up 42, 52, 62 inches, operating speed up to 50 strokes a minute, 12 rows in proofer with output capacities depending on product up to 24.000/36.000 pcs/hour.
