GENERAL FEATURES

  • All stainless-steel construction.
  • Individually selectable components, extra components can be added later.

  • The configuration allows to choose the desired process path using independent discharge points and bypasses depending on the product to be processed.
  • Designed to handle high volumes of dough, making it suitable for industrial applications.

  • Equipped with safety guards and emergency stop buttons for operators protection. All the components are fully protected by fixed or interlocked guard in accordance with industrial safety standards.

LINE CAPACITY

Available useful widths 42”, 52” and 62”, operating speed of stamper up to 50 strokes a minute, up to 12 rows in proofer.

Output capacities depending on the product, for kaisers up to 24,000 pcs/hour, for rolls or buns up to 36,000 pcs/hour with 12 rows at 50 stroke minute.

EQUIPMENT

Heavy-duty industrial line which can incorporate:

Cup-trays intermediate proofer with bypass and various discharge points when needed.

  • Built in stainless steel for durability and hygiene. NO painted steel.
  • 8/10/12 rows trays with no stick plastic mesh cups to hold individual dough balls.
  • Enclosed with Lexan panels windows and doors for visibility and protection.
  • The chain runs on stainless steel rails covered with high-density plastic for smooth operation and reduced wear.
  • SS trolley beam to hoist pressure plates harness.
  • Safety switches on doors, ensuring operator safety.
  • Chain tension adjustment with springs for consistent performance.
  • Driving station with SEW gearmotor
  • Retractable By-pass with seam control for buns
  • Seam controlled discharge to Stamper
  • Chute discharge to Sheeter.

Combines sheeting with a curling chain which rolls.

  • The 2 lower couples of rollers have one Teflon coated adjustable scraper each (total 4 scrapers). The scraper has 2 adjustments possible: first to adjust alignment (parallelism) with roller, second to adjust distance from the roller.
  • Outfeed belt FDA approved with vertical adjustment.

The machine employs a reverse rolling technique where the dough is rolled back between 2 turning belts that turn opposite each other.

Pressure plates are used to roll dough to ensure uniform thickness, width and consistency before further processing or baking.

  • Harness that can accommodate various rows of plates with easy adjustments.

  • Each plate with individual adjustment front and rear and up and down.

  • Hard Plastic small diameter nose rollers.
  • FDA approved belt.
  • The reciprocator has 2 motors: one gearmotor for the belt drive, one servo-drive with side guides for fast retraction.
  • During retraction the excess belt is recovered.
