Is indicated to be positioned in front of the Alitech Variety Industrial Rolline to produce buns, kaisers, rolls, etc. or be put in front of an Alitech automatic pressed pizza line.

FEATURES
- Dough hopper with motorized rollers and a “star“ cutting system, this allows a constant and controlled flow of the dough into the compression chamber.
- Machine is OIL-FREE. A dusting system with brushes is installed between the star dividing system and the compression chamber to avoid sticking of the dough. The whole assembly can be easily extracted for cleaning.
- Machine is equipped with 10” touch screen with recipe management, once the dough ball weight is chosen a motor automatically moves the position of the cam in the compression chamber in order to obtain the desired weight without manual intervention.
- Rounding drum can be changed easily, the rounding drum speed is adjustable from the Touch screen.
- The portioning chambers can be easily blocked in order to work with the desired rows/weight combination.
- Machine can be easily and thoroughly opened for cleaning.
